Situated on Boston Harbor, 75 on Liberty Wharf is owned by celebrated restaurateur Thomas A. Kershaw, the man behind Hampshire House, 75 Chestnut and Cheers. This longtime customer challenged TriMark United East to design and install a commercial kitchen in a very tight footprint.
