I like to see a salesman, it’s important to me to see a face, I’ve known some of these people forever, Bill Imke, real good guy, very instrumental when we’re setting up café areas, work side by side with us, when you’re doing a project, they’re always asking a question that no one else has asked, they were instrumental, person-centered care, biggest thing, they listened, told us what we wanted, that worked for us to this day,
