The FX Series features an insulated refrigerated tub on drawer slides that keeps the cold with the food as you access the storage cavity and its horizontal seal keeps the cold air in, keeping temperatures consistent while reducing stress on the unit’s compressor. The FX Series provides precise temperature control at the operator’s fingertips — making it easy to keep food safely within the proper range.

Flexible Refrigeration

• Drawer runners are completely outside the insulated storage area to prevent freezing or binding, permit insulated insert to be pulled all the way out, and allow 100% of the insulated insert to be used for food storage.
• Units can switch from safety thaw to fridge to rapid chiller to freezer with the simple adjustment of the control.
• Innovative diffuser circulates cold air from the lid to all surfaces of the insulated insert, resulting in an unprecedented level of temperature control using minimum space.
