Business Services Coordinator
The Business Services Coordinator is responsible for processing drop shipments including the verification of pricing and freight to ensure customer invoicing accuracy
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Manage high volume email requests

Verify all provided information on vendor invoices and the company purchase orders for
-
accuracy

Calculate the proper freight amounts on each customer invoice

Coordinate, if necessary, with the various departments within the company if further

Information needed to complete a task
Required Skills

Ability to operate in a high volume, time sensitive environment with daily deadlines

Proven solid math and reconciliation skills

Adept in problem solving
-
Comfortable with direct contact with vendors, buyers and salesforce

Good written and verbal communication skills

Organizational skills and attention to detail a must

Two years’ experience in billing or relevant work experience
