Time Off Programs
Non-exempt associates: Vacation Time
The Vacation Time program provides non-exempt associates with "banks" of time that they can use at their discretion, such as for a vacation, illness or other time-off need.
Exempt associates: Flexible Time Off
Exempt employees may submit time off requests as needed, without an annual cap or accrual, while continuing to ensure business continuity.
Non-Exempt and Exempt associates are provided with paid sick leave benefits as required by state regulations.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
TriMark’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers face-to-face or telephone counseling and provider referrals. The EAP also provides information and services
