Mansfield, MA – January 18, 2021 – TriMark USA, LLC the country’s largest provider of design services, equipment, and supplies to the foodservice industry, announced Stacey Taylor has been named Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), effective January 18, 2021. Ms. Taylor will report to the Chief Executive Office, Marie Ffolkes. Stacey joins TriMark from MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) where she was the SVP & Chief Procurement Officer. She will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Stacey will lead TriMark’s sourcing, procurement, category management, transportation, and distribution to our end customers, as well as intercompany business. Her responsibility will aid in our goal to be the most successful foodservice equipment and supply company in our markets by exceeding our customers’ expectations. Her team’s focus will allow us to drive commercial growth, category management, profit improvement, uniform new product introductions, productivity, quality, safety and ongoing process improvement.
Stacey began her career at Tyco International with a series of roles over the course of nine years including Category Management and Global Sourcing. She was responsible for leading Global sourcing teams in Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and North/South America where she had overall accountability for $2B+ of indirect spend. Her career continued in 2006 when she joined ConAgra Foods as VP of Indirect and Capital Services. In this role she built an indirect sourcing team which was responsible for delivering $40M in cumulative savings. Future roles included Vice President, Ingredients with responsibility for sourcing $1B in ingredients and delivering $20M bottom line COGS savings. In her final ConAgra role as VP, Integration she delivered a 3-year strategic plan to deliver $600M in COGS impact and $90M in SG&A. In 2015 she moved to MGM Resorts International as SVP and Chief Procurement Officer where she oversaw $2.5B in spend and delivered $350M in overall savings. Through her leadership she led the design and implementation of Supply Chains in two ground up resort property builds including warehousing and inventory control.
Stacey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Dowling College in Oakdale NY and an MBA from Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA.
