TriMark USA Acquires S.S. Kemp & Company

TriMark USA, Inc., the nation's third largest distributor of foodservice equipment and supplies, has strengthened its service power by acquiring S.S. Kemp & Co. of Cleveland, OH. The addition of S.S. Kemp on June 1, 2007 to TriMark operations will broaden the presence of TriMark USA by allowing service to areas not previously included under any of the other TriMark USA divisions. TriMark's buying power will now benefit areas throughout Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Kentucky, West Virginia, Michigan and Indiana.
 
S.S. Kemp & Company has been providing foodservice equipment and supplies, along with kitchen and dining design since 1926. Mark and Steven Fishman are recognized for their outstanding business leadership and progressive dealings within the industry. Their unique vision and applied business success is indispensable.
