TriMark United East participated in the 2014 New England Food Show, held March 16-18, 2014 at the Boston Convention Center. Inside the 1,200 sq. ft. booth, visitors had the opportunity to connect with TriMark United East experts for advice and information. Visitors also viewed foodservice equipment, disposables and janitorial supplies.
TriMark United East has been a major contributor to the New England Food Show for more than 25 years. This year, the show was attended by more than 10,000 foodservice professionals.
TriMark United East also sponsored the 2014 NEFS Greater Boston Culinary Cook-off. Chefs used Vollrath cookware and kitchen supplies to help execute their winning recipes. Chef Tim Maslow of Ribelle in Brookline, MA took home the $500 prize and the title crown for this first annual chef challenge.
In addition to the cook-off, TriMark United East sponsored the 2014 Massachusetts Restaurant Association (MRA) awards dinner. The dinner awarded Massachusetts's finest foodservice professionals including:

Chef of the Year – Andy Husbands of Tremont 647, Boston
Business Partner of the Year – Ken's Foods, Marlborough
Business Partner Associate of the Year – Glenn Lawler, Horizon Beverage Co, Avon
Peter Christie, who retired as President of the MRA; and welcomed the new president and CEO of the MRA, Bob Luz
The New England Food Show is the region's largest event focused on the retail and foodservice markets.
