Installing an 8,000-sq.-ft. kitchen takes expertise, experience and extensive project management skills. It involves selecting foodservice equipment solutions that will be able to accommodate a large volume of customers who enjoy exploring a multitude of dining options throughout the day and evening. TriMark SS Kemp furnished and oversaw the installation of a multimillion dollar equipment package for Cincinnati’s Horseshoe Casino.
The Horseshoe Casino features “The Spread,” a 250 ft. buffet, which includes a large production kitchen, five service bars, three public bars, and a liquor pump room.
The dining area seats 400 customers, serves seven different styles of food, and is supported by an 8,000 sq. ft. kitchen.
TriMark SS Kemp also installed and coordinated the commercial kitchen equipment for Jack Binion’s Steakhouse, “The Rock” Bar and Lounge, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, as well as a catering kitchen.
