SOUTH ATTLEBORO, MA – February 10, 2015 – TriMark USA has announced the consolidation of TriMark Century Concepts and
TriMark Strategic. The newly combined entity, now known as TriMark Strategic, gives the company a stronger footprint in the Southeastern United States, and offers local and national customers more comprehensive foodservice equipment, supply, and design solutions. TriMark Strategic will focus on serving customers in Texas, Minnesota, Florida, and Georgia, as well as growing new business in these markets.
“We opened TriMark Century Concepts five years ago as a greenfield operation and grew it to $27.5M in revenue. Since that time, we acquired TriMark Strategic, which has a strong presence in Georgia and throughout the South. Combining these two entities is the logical next step in our continued growth in this region,” said TriMark CEO, Jerry Hyman.
Marty Monnat will remain President of TriMark Strategic, and Scott Bishop, former President of TriMark Century Concepts, will now take on an expanded role as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of TriMark Strategic. Karen McCain, CFO of TriMark Strategic, will assume additional responsibilities as the Executive Vice President of Operations.
