TriMark SS Kemp Comes to the Rescue After Restaurant Fire

A large fire broke out at Texas Roadhouse in Brooklyn, OH, and TriMark SS Kemp was there to replace more than $50,000 worth of kitchen equipment, and install it all in just two weeks.

The flames broke out in the middle of the night, creating water damage and destruction of equipment. TriMark SS repaired, replaced and installed refrigerators, beer systems and other equipment in about two weeks. The restaurant was up and running with very little interruption of service.

“There’s no way I could have done what I did without TriMark SS Kemp. It’s the partnership that we have with TriMark SS Kemp that means more than anything. They came over right away and told us what equipment to replace, and made everything work in no time. The installers were great as well. I couldn’t ask for anything more,” said Bob Egbert, Senior Facilities Manager at Texas Roadhouse.

Michael Raiz, Vice President of National Chain Accounts for TriMark SS Kemp, said that he and his team simply “took care of a good customer. It’s just what we do.”
