Position: Marketing Coordinator

TriMark USA, LLC. is one of the country’s largest providers of design services, equipment and supplies to the foodservice industry. We work closely with our customers, which include national restaurant chains, independent restaurant operators, healthcare facilities, entertainment venues, and many other segments, to provide the products and services that will help them operate more efficiently and realize better bottom line results.

TriMark USA is looking for an energetic and highly motivated person to fill the new role of Marketing Coordinator. This position will participate in development, execution and delivery of select creative initiatives, optimization of digital platforms and participation in marketing projects. The Corporate Digital Coordinator is an integral member of the Corporate Marketing and Ecommerce Team and will report to the Corporate Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to development of marketing concepts and creative initiatives for online, email, and print campaigns
  • Craft content of print and digital flyers, emails, newsletters, and other materials that align with the brand
  • Prepare and proof editorial and social content
  • Lead production of flyers, newsletters, blogs and other materials that align with the brand
  • Participate in initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention
  • Report and monitor performance and traffic trends; create strategies to gain exposure and new business opportunities
  • Support product administrative responsibilities for the website
  • Manage the use and storage of marketing-related files and digital assets
  • Support optimization of the company websites including publishing landing pages, auditing and testing site features, and other web administration activities.
  • Oversee communications with the sales force and team members of divisions and other departments
  • Participate in team execution of marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Competencies, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of marketing
  • Experience creating content, brand messaging and campaigns
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, best practices and methodologies
  • Previous experience with content development and performance measurement
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting established deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task at a high level in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; particularly Word and Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as an integral part of a team

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
  • Prior experience with print and online marketing and development of campaigns
  • Experience working on several different projects/tasks at once where creativity and strategic thinking were key.
