Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator

TriMark USA is looking for an energetic and highly motivated person to fill the new role of Digital Marketing Coordinator. This position will participate in development, execution and delivery of creative initiatives, design and optimization of digital platforms and participation in ecommerce and marketing projects. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an integral member of the Corporate Marketing and Ecommerce Team and will report to the Corporate Digital Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute projects for digital platforms and marketing programs in accordance with corporate standards
  • Contribute to development of marketing campaigns and web-based initiatives
  • Lead graphic design production of web pages, web panels, newsletters and emails; and participate in the design of print materials and other branded pieces
  • Support drafting of scope, requirements and development instructions for website
  • Lead optimization of the company websites including publishing landing pages and coding HTML / CSS
  • Auditing and testing site features, and other web administration activities.
  • Oversee and participate in communications and relationships with outside developers
  • Execute and effectively perform SEO (Search Engine Optimization) with the team
  • Participate in team execution of marketing and ecommerce strategies to meet organizational objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Competencies, Skills and Abilities

  • Abilities with graphic design and the ability to code HTML and CSS
  • Prior use of website optimization tools such as Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools.
  • Skillful in the use of the Adobe Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting established deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task at a high level in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field
  • 1-2 years related graphic design experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working on several different projects/tasks at once where creativity and strategic thinking were key.
