Position: Digital Marketing Administrator

TriMark USA is looking for a highly motivated person to fill the role of Digital Marketing Administrator to support the production and accuracy of digital marketing initiatives reports and process management. In this role, the Digital Marketing Administrator will be responsible for administering projects, supervising our search engine marketing, and tracking program performance for regular reporting. This person is responsible for supporting QA activities and Department assignments including development of effective online campaigns.

This position will serve as part of the Corporate Marketing & Ecommerce Team; and will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Supervise, track and report performance on Department Programs and Initiatives
  • Participate in development of digital marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Administer Process documentation to maintain current record of Department activities
  • Support quality assurance and optimization of digital marketing content, designs and brand messaging
  • Oversee monitoring of website speed and page rendering accuracy
  • Participate in initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention
  • Report and monitor online performance and traffic trends; create strategies to gain exposure and new business opportunities
  • Manage outside agency’s Search Engine Marketing activities and reporting
  • Optimize, build and administer databases and report on data metrics
  • Supervise use of our portal for company-wide ordering of print materials, promotional items and wearables
  • Other duties as assigned

Competencies, Skills and Abilities

  • Highly skilled in supervising and execution of marketing-related projects
  • Understanding of digital marketing and platforms preferred but not required
  • Experience creating content, brand messaging and campaigns
  • Previous experience with reporting, including tracking and measuring performance
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting established deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task at a high level in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; particularly Word and Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as an integral part of a team

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
  • Proven proficiency with managing multiple projects
  • Prior experience with digital and print marketing preferred
