Position: Project Coordinator

Primary Functions:
 The Project Coordinator coordinates, oversees, and performs a wide variety of administrative, secretarial, and program support activities.  

Primary Functions:

  • Compiles lease, sales, and late charge invoices. 
  • Collects freight quotes & shipping costs and tracking of shipments
  • Prepares daily mail for pickup and distribution of incoming mail, faxes, and packages
  • Operates the corporate switchboard at intervals throughout the day
  • Conducts data entry of serial numbers both internally and on-state websites to help track equipment in the least and service fleet
  • Maintains sales tax files, monthly sales reports, and monthly duty calendars
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned
  • High School Diploma
  • On-the-phone customer service experience preferred with the ability to maintain, develop, and facilitate relationships with customers
  • Possess outstanding written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
