Position: Foodservice Equipment Sales Professional & Design Specialist

PositionSummary/Objective

Thiskey sales professional is responsible for achieving sales growth in ourcontract foodservice equipment department and developing new profitablebusiness and excellent customer relations.

Essential Functions &Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed established equipment sales and margin goals through consultative selling, relationship building and referrals
  • Serve as team leader and interface with project managers, project coordinators, engineers and accounting staff to design and equip commercial kitchens for restaurants, country clubs, educational cafeterias, business and industry, and hospitality accounts
  • Work with Project Coordinators to specify commercial cooking equipment and to prepare formal quotations of work to be provided
  • Communicate with Project Managers, Architects, Kitchen Consultants and General Contractors to ensure successful installation of projects and individual pieces sold
  • Responsible for adherence to timeline and budget requirements. As project lead, collaborate with Accounting Department to ensure sure all invoicing and collections are completed in a timely manner.
  • Develop product and sales knowledge expertise to advise foodservice professionals about equipment

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’sdegree in Business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

- CFSPcertification preferred
