Equipment procurement, custom fabrication and project management provided by TriMark Strategic

The whole nation watched as the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum was being built. TriMark Strategic and ISI Commercial Refrigeration, a TriMark company, were part of its creation. This 226,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility features a quick-serve bistro, a café that can serve up to 150 guests and a 1,175 sq. ft. catering kitchen used to prepare bulk menu items.

Project Highlights

  • Kitchen equipment was ordered, customized, consolidated, staged, and stored by TriMark Strategic, utilizing the ISI warehouse facility in Dallas
  • Oversaw the project installation and delivery, which began before the final concrete parking lot was poured
  • Daily job safety reports and monitoring ensured that subcontractors were protected from potentially hazardous injuries
  • Tight security measures throughout the duration of the project

“Given the complexity and the longtime nature of this project, coupled with our ability to combine the post-sale service capabilities of ISI, TriMark Strategic was selected as the KES (kitchen equipment supplier), despite lower bids submitted by our competitors.  I am proud of our team and the effort that was put into this project.  We were honored and privileged to be part of this historic museum,” said Marty Monnat, President of TriMark Strategic.
