Three Operations in One for TriMark United East

A bistro, a retail specialty food shop, and a full service caterer are the three components for the successful recipe that make up Artistry Kitchen, AK Bistro and Artistry Catering and Events, in Franklin, MA. TriMark United East took on the design, project management, custom fabrication, installation, equipment procurement, and ongoing smallwares deliveries for this three-concept operation.

Project Highlights

• Designed two kitchens: a fully equipped kitchen/line for the bistro, and a commissary that supports bulk cooking, prep and storage for the bistro; as well as a full service catering operation
• Retail section includes merchandisers and refrigerated display units
• Complete design of 3 separate ventilation systems
• Groen braising pans, Groen kettles, Vulcan ranges, Hobart dishwashers
