Historic Hotel Calls on TriMark Federighi Design for Kitchen Remodel

Remodeling the kitchen for a historic landmark hotel in less than one week may sound like a pipe dream, but TriMark Federighi Design rose to the challenge.

Project Highlights

• Installed new Montague custom range lines, Alto-Shaam cooking equipment and Groen hot prep line equipment
• Hobart high-temp glass washers ensured that glassware was presented at its best for the craft cocktail program
• Equipment was delivered and removed curbside due to small waterfront loading dock
• Foodservice operations supported the hotel’s restaurant, bar, lobby, room service and banquet room
