Have you ever had a brilliant plan for a business, but never brought it to fruition? That was not the case for Kyle Gordon, Founder of Dillas, a restaurant chain located in Texas.
Stemming from Kyle's love for quesadillas, the quirky concept for his eatery was born. With the support of his friends and girlfriend (now wife!), the stars aligned and the first location in Plano, TX opened. They just recently established their third location with more to come as Dillas popularity rises.
This emerging chain hosts a from-scratch kitchen that only uses fresh flavorful ingredients to craft each hearty, cheesy and creative quesadilla. Dillas partnered with our Texas-based companies, TriMark Strategic and ISI, to fulfill their foodservice needs at the newest spot in McKinney.
ISI created an efficient flow for production by providing equipment and customized pieces to fit the establishment’s requirements. Any successful operation relies on the essentials; TriMark Strategic identified exactly what they would need to prepare their menu, procuring supplies from smallwares to countertop appliances, such as juicers and blenders, pans, and kitchen tools.
