The Pawtucket Soup Kitchen is a non-profit organization serving the homeless and low-income population. It is housed in the basement of St. Joseph’s Church, with entrance in the rear of the Church, near the parking lot. The Soup Kitchen serves breakfast and supper five days a week, as well as brunch on Saturdays.
Concerned about growing poverty in Pawtucket, Mr. Ernie Marot, a retired chef at Providence College and a Pawtucket resident, founded the Pawtucket Soup Kitchen (PSK) in 1992.
TriMark was honored to support PSK this year with a donation to help provide fresh produce, canned goods and other resources to keep food on the table at this amazing organization.
“In continuing Mr. Marot’s vision, we rely heavily on our community to accomplish our mission of feeding the hungry. Thanks to donors like you, we are able to meet the need of all who come here for a meal, insuring that no one will go hungry. We will continue feeding all in need, until the day when there is no need for our services.”
