Caramel Apple Mimosa

This bubbly delight will surely make a splash at brunch time

Yield 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • · 2 tbsp caramel
  • · 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar
  • · 1 cup apple cider
  • · 8 oz caramel vodka
  • · 1 bottle of champagne
  • · apple slices to garnish

Instructions:

  • 1. Pour caramel and cinnamon sugar into two separate small dishes
  • 2. First dip your Crystalex Rhapsody Champagne Flute into caramel to rim the glasses, then dip them into the cinnamon sugar
  • 3. Pour ¼ cup apple cider and 2 oz caramel vodka into each flute and top it off with champagne
Pumpkin Spice White Russian

Ingredients:

  • · 4 tbsp Kahlua
  • · 3 tbsp pumpkin spice flavored creamer
  • · 1 ½ tbsp vanilla vodka
  • · 2 to 3 tsp pumpkin puree
  • · sprinkle pumpkin pie spice

Instructions:

  • 1. Combine the Kahlua, pumpkin spice creamer, vodka and pumpkin puree in a Crystalex Blues Old Fashioned Glass and stir until well combined
  • 2. Add ice, then sprinkle the pumpkin spice atop the beverage
Hot Chocolate Martini

Yield 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • · 3 oz prepared hot chocolate (cooled)
  • · ¾ oz vanilla vodka
  • · 1 oz Kahlua
  • · 6 mini marshmallows

Instructions:

  • 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the cooled hot chocolate, vodka and Kahlua and shake for about 30 seconds
  • 2. Pour into a Libbey Stemless Martini Glass and top with mini marshmallows
  • 3. Optional: toast the mini marshmallows with a kitchen torch
Mulled Wine

Turn ordinary wine into the luscious essence of fall

Yield 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

  • · 1 orange
  • · 10 whole cloves
  • · 1 cup of orange juice
  • · ½ cup sugar
  • · ½ cup cranberries
  • · 1 to 2 cinnamon sticks
  • · 1 bottle of dry red wine (full to medium bodied)

Instructions:

  • 1. Slice the orange in half, then one half into quarters. Push 2-3 cloves into the outer skin of the quartered orange pieces. Peel a few strips of orange peel from the other half for garnish
  • 2. In a large pot combine the juice, sugar, cinnamon sticks and orange quarters with cloves and cranberries
  • 3. Turn heat on medium-high and slowly heat the mixture stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved
  • 4. Reduce heat to low and add wine. Simmer until wine is heated but do not to boil
  • 5. Strain wine into slow cooker to keep warm. Garnish with orange peel and serve in a Libbey Venezia Glass Pitcher
Apple Pie Moscow Mule

Try this All-American version of the Moscow Mule

Yield 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • · 4 oz apple cider
  • · 4 oz apple pie vodka
  • · 1 bottle of ginger beer
  • · cinnamon sticks and apple slices for garnish

Instructions:

  • 1. Fill two Libbey Moscow Mule Mugs with crushed ice
  • 2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the apple cider and vodka, then shake
  • 3. Pour half of the mixture into each mug
  • 4. Top each mug off with ginger beer until full
  • 5. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and apple slices
