TriMark USA Appoints New Chief Human Resources Officer

South Attleboro, MA – March 4, 2019 – TriMark USA, LLC CEO, Jerry Hyman, announced today the appointment of Andrew Foster to the Company’s executive team as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Andrew will be responsible for the progressive development and growth of TriMark’s national HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management and development, succession planning, and advancement of the company’s culture and diversity.

Andrew comes to TriMark from PerkinElmer Inc., serving most recently as Vice President of Human Resources for the Discovery & Analytical Solutions business. He has broad and extensive experience in a variety of HR environments where he has demonstrated his skills as an innovative and accomplished leader with in-depth knowledge in organizational development and fostering an inclusive workforce. Prior to joining PerkinElmer he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Learning Officer for Solvay SA, a multinational chemical/plastics company based in Brussels, Belgium.

By driving transformation and creating winning strategies through the integration of people, technologies, programs, and processes, Andrew aims to deliver solutions that will support TriMark’s structural goals and rapid business growth.

Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine, and holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.
