TriMark Strategic and TriMark R.W. Smith are proud to collaborate on the renovation of the historic dining quarters at the Adolphus Hotel, known as The French Room.
The landmark establishment positioned in downtown Dallas, Texas first opened its doors in October 1912. Built by the founder of the Anheuser-Busch company, the establishment was designed to be the premier hub for entertainment, with classic upscale dishes and opulent accommodations.
Over many decades the French Room has maintained its reputation for excellence, and a prestigious guest list; but there was an opportunity to enhance and renew this restaurant gem with updated equipment and dining room embellishments of the modern day.
The process involved optimization of the kitchen space with Hoshizaki refrigeration, a custom Jade cooking suite, Equipex Sodir ovens, Mauviel cookware and custom fabrication to create specialized stations suitable for premium foodservice production. Additionally, warewashing, ventilation, and sanitation elements were upgraded to perform in conjunction with the new environment.
Front of the house was also elevated with functional aesthetics inclusive of stainless serveware, personalized tableware, and beautiful complementary tabletop accessories.
Our professionals and craftsmen were committed to ensuring all aspects of the project were accurately selected, delivered, assembled and installed on time and on budget. As a result of the TriMark partnership, a significant institution has been revitalized to welcome the next generation of guests who want to indulge in a taste of history.
