TriMark Orange County Brings The Cheesecake Factory to Dubai, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, and Guadalajara

For nearly 22 years, The Cheesecake Factory has partnered with TriMark Orange County to design and install 181 restaurant kitchens throughout the United States. This success has led to the company expanding its concepts overseas into locations such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Guadalajara. The Cheesecake Factory is also being designed in Beijing, China, the first of its kind to come to Asia.

Project Highlights

• The Alshaya Group, a Kuwait-based licensee, operates two Cheesecake Factory stores in Dubai: the first Dubai location is 13,000 sq. ft. and seats 350 guests; the second is located in the Mall of Emirates store and seats 500 +  customers
• A third Dubai location is slated to open on “The Walk @ JBR” at Jumeira Beach
• The Cheesecake Factory in Abu Dhabi at the Yas Island shopping mall is near completion
• The Cheesecake Factory is now open in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• TriMark Raygal is providing project management, kitchen design and installation for a 390-seat Cheesecake Factory restaurant being built at the Arabella outdoor mall in Kuwait
• Another licensee, Alsea, is set to develop The Cheesecake Factory in Mexico and South America with the first store under construction in Guadalajara, Mexico.
