Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • This position will need to be proficient with Auto CAD, Auto Quotes, Excel, and Word.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience working with Restaurant design is a requirement.
  • Pleasant and appropriate demeanor while conversing with customers, general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and fellow employees.
  • Review projects with Designer/Project Manager and revise documents as needed.
  • Must have the ability to produce foodservice drawings and all bid documents for each assigned project.  To include K-1 plans and equipment spec sheets.
  • Fulfill other requests given by your Supervisor.


Supervisor/Lead Installer

Supervisor/Lead Installer - TriMark Federighi - Richmond, CA
Reports to:  Executive Management and or Project Manager
 
Position Summary:
Responsible for managing install crews from start of installation through turnover to end user.  Works effectively with general contractors, Project Manager, Executive Management and other support departments.  Serves as a key link with Project Manager and reviews the deliverables with the Project Manager before passing onto client.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Take direction from Operations Manager and/or Project Manager on the job.
  • Oversees install employee crews on the job site.
  • Bring any concerns to employees, customers, and vendors to the Operations Manager and/or Project Manager.
  • Ability to trouble shoot employees, customers, and vendors concerns.
  • Ability to load and unload equipment and tools properly on company vehicles for delivery and work in the field.
  • Manage day to day operational of install crews.
  • Ensure employees follow all safety regulations on jobsites, while driving, and in the TriMark Federighi Design warehouse.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • 2-5 years of commercial food service experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years Lead Supervisor project management and/or construction industry experience a plus.
  • Proficiency reading blueprints.
  • Possess the ability to safety TIG weld, polish, and clean welds on stainless steel.
  • Proficiency with use of all equipment and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.  Ability to plan and organize a team effort.
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail.  Ability to multi-task and stay focused on critical objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Good client management and goodwill building ability.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Ability to drive Forklift.
  • Ability to bend, lift, push, pull and carry a maximum of 100 pounds.
Education:
  • High School diploma or better.

Project Manager

Project Manager - TriMark Federighi - Richmond, CA
Reports to:  Director of Project Management
 
Position Summary:
Responsible for managing food service related projects from final design through turnover to the end user.  Works effectively with general contractors, engineers, project coordinators, sales staff, executive management and other support departments.   Serves as a key link with the clients and reviews the deliverable prepared by the team before passing onto client.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects from start of design through turnover.  Ensure that construction activities move according to the predetermined schedule.
  • Create and complete kitchen equipment plans, specifications (such as K-1 through K-5), and utility locations.
  • Prepare Auto Quotes quotation and contract that references K plans.
  • Manage day to day operational aspects of project and scope.  Including receiving and delivery of equipment for job.
  • Devise work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
  • Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis.  Hold regular status meetings and/or attend jobsite meetings with project team. 
  • Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.  Coordinate and schedule subcontractors with General Contractor (GC).
  • Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, including engineers, project coordinators, sales staff, executive management, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.
  • Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, hours, expenses, quality and safety standards.
  • Review, coordinate and release all vendor shop drawings into fabrication to meet project schedule.
  • Prepare and submit change orders to GC/Owner as required.
  • Prepare invoice information for Accounts Receivable Clerk for design and consulting services and/or all invoicing for project with appropriate documentation.
  • Help the Accounts Receivable Clerk to collect monies as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • 2-5 years of commercial food service experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years project management/superintendent/construction industry experiences a plus.
  • Preference given to applicants that have prior knowledge of Auto CAD and Auto Quotes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency reading blueprints.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.  Ability to plan and organize a team effort.
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail.  Ability to multi-task and stay focused on critical objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Good client management and goodwill building ability.
  • Clean driving record required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsible for being part of a 2-4 person installation crew for start of installation through turnover to end user. Takes direction from the Lead Supervisor Installer and Project Manager. Works effectively with other install  crew members.
