The primary responsibility of a Salesperson at TriMark is to provide assistance with product needs, drive sales to meet productivity standards and sales goals and establish relationships with our customers.
Essential job duties:
1. Ability to quickly build and maintain professional rapport with customers to provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
2. Ensure that customer service inquiries, concerns and needs are met through complete knowledge of product lines and functionality, product locations.
3. Process money, check and credit/debit card payments and transactions.
Must have excellent communication skills and good command of the English language.
Must be able to problem-solve, make decisions and think critically. Needs to be proactive and able to identify problems and initiate corrective actions.
Fluency in Spanish or Asian-language is a plus.
High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree (Retail, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent) preferred.
Must have 2+ years in the foodservice industry or retail sales and experience in maintaining customer or client accounts.
