Position: Marketing Specialist

TriMark USA is looking for an energetic and highly motivated person to fill the role of Marketing Specialist. This position will participate in production, execution and delivery of creative initiatives, content writing, optimization and production of digital and channel projects and development of marketing campaigns, ads and print materials. The Marketing Specialist is an integral member of the Corporate Marketing and Ecommerce Team and will report to the Corporate Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to development of marketing concepts and creative initiatives for online, email, and print campaigns
  • Craft content and designs for print and digital flyers, emails, newsletters, and other materials that align with the brand
  • Participate in writing and proofing editorial and social content
  • Develop and support digital channel programs in accordance with corporate standards
  • Oversee execution of the Target Marketing Program
  • Lead production of the New Business Program to drive opportunities across our markets
  • Support advancement to the company websites including optimization of landing pages, auditing and testing site features, search engine optimization and other web administration activities.
  • Assist with execution of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) throughout our digital content and pages
  • Participate in team execution of marketing and ecommerce strategies to meet organizational objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Competencies, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of content management systems and the ability to read/write HTML and CSS
  • Understanding of Google Adwords and PPC Marketing Strategies
  • Prior content / brand writing for web, print, email and/or digital platforms
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting established deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task at a high level in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new programs and procedures
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field
  • 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working on several different projects/tasks at once where creativity and strategic thinking were key.
