Position: Marketing Project Manager

TriMark USA is looking for skilled and highly motivated person to fill the role of Marketing Project Manager to oversee the production of digital projects, marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns. In this role, the Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for executing web-based and marketing projects, performing proofing and QA activities, spearhead performance reporting across platforms, and produce sales strategies for development of effective online campaigns.

This position will participate in marketing and digital platform projects; serve as part of the Corporate Marketing & Ecommerce Team; and will report to the Digital Programs Manager.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Participate in leading and executing of marketing and ecommerce initiatives, printed materials, promotions and digital programs
  • Engage in the production of marketing and web-based campaigns, websites, landing pages and panels, emails and promotions, print materials and catalogs
  • Oversee digital and print copywriting, publishing, auditing and management, including proofing, quality assurance and optimization of online content, marketing campaigns and brand messaging
  • A/B Testing and measurement of campaign results
  • Participate in developing brand strategies and initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention
  • Supervise, track and report performance and trends across platforms and programs; creating strategic advantages that gain exposure and generate new business opportunities.
  • Optimize, build and administer databases and report on data metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

Competencies, Skills and Abilities

  • Highly skilled in measuring, testing and tracking of ecommerce and marketing performance
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and website platforms
  • Experience in leading projects that include web and marketing designs, content, brand messaging and campaigns
  • Familiarity with the latest online trends, best practices and methodologies
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting established deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task at a high level in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; particularly Word and Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as an integral part of a team

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
  • Proven proficiency with executing multiple projects and performance reporting
  • Prior experience with digital programs, website platforms and marketing
  • Previous experience with development of SEO
