Position: JDEdwards Finance - Business Systems Analyst

TriMark USA, LLC. is one of the country's largest providers of design services, equipment and supplies to the foodservice industry. We work closely with our customers, which include national restaurant chains, independent restaurant operators, healthcare facilities, entertainment venues, and many other segments, to provide the products and services that will help them operate more efficiently and realize better bottom line results.

We are executing a multi-year program to transition from a diverse set of legacy platforms onto a common ERP architecture along with new CRM, pricing, project management and eCommerce capabilities. The Finance Functional Team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to work collaboratively across our business and IT partners to achieve project objectives, milestones and deliverables while ensuring the implementation of high quality solutions. Key areas of focus include the alignment of business processes with the technology solution, conversion of legacy data, system validation, staff development and training.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners to assess legacy processes, data and system capabilities to help drive alignment to and adoption of TriMark’s new architecture and practice standards.
  • Support day to day activities of installed solutions; in particular 3rd party applications.
  • Partners with business leaders and other IT teams on options to solve business process gaps including business requirements, solution options and approach.
  • Design efficient product enhancements that align with design standards and the IT Product Road Map.
  • Configures the business applications based on business requirements and functional design documents
  • Supports the implementation and maintenance of cross functional and Enterprise solutions.
  • Develop and execute plans for testing and training of the new system.
  • Maintain system documentation and user training material.
  • Partner with support team members to effectively deliver product changes and the transition of post go live support activities; provides escalated support assistance as required.

Competencies, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One Financial Management Solutions.
  • Knowledge of Finance business processes.
  • Exposure to JDE’s integrations between Sales Order Management, Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis competencies (requirements elicitation and management, business process mapping, data flow modeling, functional specifications, and test scenarios). IIBA or similar certification preferred.
  • Packaged system fit gap and configuration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills to frequently interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical ability to quickly gather facts, perform root cause analysis and draw conclusions in collaboration with other team member
  • Skilled at working across diverse constituencies, delivering project tasks in a timely manner and driving issues to conclusion. Solving problems through process AND technology change is key.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Strong collaborator, communicator and business partner.
  • Adept at anticipating changes and adjusting priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, and fluid environment.

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years working as a business analyst / implementation consultant with JDE Enterprise One ERP with an emphasis on Enterprise One Financial Management
  • Demonstrated proficiency integrating ERP software with third party applications
  • Hands on experience working in a project oriented environment with a preference for financial experience in the food services or related distribution industry.
  • Experience with JDE Finance modules required
  • Experience with Avalara Ava Tax, SnapPay, Channel Revenue and/or Bottomline preferred
  • Experience in the distribution or food service industry a plus.
  • Experience executing the functional components of IT solutions via a structured methodology.
  • Experience with business analysis, quality assurance, and resource management methodologies and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • This position is in Mansfield, MA; this is not a remote position
