Position: Excecutive Assistant

TriMark USA is looking for an Executive Assistant to provides administrative support to senior level executives, including CEO, CFO, and GC.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative functions such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements & expense reporting, and event planning
  • Compile, prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Event planning - arrange and coordinate meetings and events (e.g. Leadership Team meetings; BOD meetings; Lender Calls and meetings; Customer, Vendor and Industry meetings; Finance Departmental Meetings)
  • Monitor and order office supplies, business cards, office stationery, and break room supplies
  • Manage a number of different objectives, projects or activities at one time.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills with ability to apply previous learning’s to new situations in order to solve problems
  • Provide general departmental support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Knowledge of office administration procedures and equipment

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Associates degree or equivalent required
  • 5+ years professional office experience supporting Executive personnel
  • MS certified preferred
