Position: Director Supply Chain Optimization

TriMark USA, LLC. Is the country's largest provider of design services, equipment and supplies to the foodservice industry. This individual will be responsible for analyzing critical business data and turning it into actionable information. This position will be empowered to make strategic decisions regarding planning parameters and internal distribution network set-up through cross functional collaboration. A successful candidate will be a "key" business partner in managing the forecasting process and will work cross functionally with Logistics, Operations, Transportation and others to deliver optimized logistics processes for TriMark’s success.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Participate in and contribute to the strategic planning process
  • Work collaboratively with leaders across the organization to develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive cost savings and optimize logistics processes to support and enable TriMark’s success
  • Develop and help implement strategic initiatives for optimization of the network, facilities, product flow, inventory management and transportation
  • Foster innovation by encouraging bold alternative approaches & new ideas
  • Establish an environment of continuous improvement within the supply chain team

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field; Master’s degree a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a Supply Chain related field with proven outcomes/results
  • Six Sigma/Lean experience a big plus
  • Industry experience not required but a plus
  • Required travel 10-15 %
  • JDE experience a plus
