Position: Content Marketing Specialist

TriMark USA is looking for skilled and highly motivated person to fill the new role of Digital Marketing Specialist. This position will participate in marketing and digital platform projects, marketing campaign production; provide support to the Corporate Marketing & Ecommerce Team; and will report to the Corporate Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Lead proofing, editing, copywriting, quality assurance and optimization of online content, marketing campaigns and brand messaging
  • Oversee digital and print copywriting, publishing, and auditing
  • Develop marketing materials, digital and social channels content in accordance with corporate standards
  • Accountable for all Content Marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention
  • Management and reporting of Linking and Content Marketing
  • Participate in Website Initiatives including content writing, brand messaging, and online campaigns
  • Lead marketing performance activities in research, analytics and user experience
  • Channel management of digital content, all supporting social channels, and email / newsletter distribution
  • Participate in strategies and production of branding and corporate campaigns
  • Optimize, build and administer databases and report on data metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

Competencies, Skills and Abilities

  • High level of experience and proven skills in copywriting, proofing and editing
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms
  • Experience creating content for marketing, web and a social audience
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, best practices and methodologies
  • Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting established deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task at a high level in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; particularly Word and Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as an integral part of a team

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications/Journalism or other related field
  • Prior professional experience in a progressive marketing program preferred
