Position: Parts Associate

TriMark Strategic is a leading food service equipment supplier and installation expert for national chain restaurants and local food service operations. We are headquartered in Lewisville. Texas with operating facilities nationwide. We are currently seeking a Parts Associate at our Tampa, Florida location.

The Parts Associate is responsible for the various receiving, organizing, stocking, and shipping within the warehouse.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Properly receive shipments by verifying counts for UPS and FedEx
  • Report inbound product damaged immediately to vendor to receive RMA credit or other means of credit.
  • Receive all inbound parts in GE, physically identify pieces and quantities and match packing slips to receiving document
  • Print GE product labels for all inbound parts and apply them to the part or part packaging
  • Put away product in static storage locations
  • Pick and pull parts for Sales orders and Service orders and Truck Stock Replenishment
  • Stage orders in the correct location for outbound shipment
  • Assemble correct shipment Shipping List documents with the outbound order
  • Create Tech Truck Stock replenishment via GE
  • Package all shipments for parts safely and designate fragile shipments via labels and communication to all carriers
  • Accurately inventory and verify all outbound shipments to ensure accuracy
  • Conduct parts transfers or any search to locate parts within the system
  • Solve inventory issues in accordance with Cycle Counts; help set and maintain accurate inventory stock levels to improve overall inventory
  • Assist all associates handling inventory and its related functions
  • Work with team on special project needs and special orders
  • Keep open lines of communication with entire staff
  • Maintain physical inventory maintenance and ensure cleanliness
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years’ experience in shipping/receiving in a warehouse setting
  • 1+ years’ experience in parts counter sales
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficient typing skills
