Financial Analyst - Corporate


Job Summary:

A member of the corporate accounting department, the Financial Analyst will directly support management by analyzing divisional and entity-wide financial results, budgeting, forecasting, performing variance analysis, providing acquisition support, ad-hoc financial analysis and assisting with various other projects. This position provides a unique opportunity for a motivated self-starter to demonstrate their ability to contribute to the corporate finance team.


Essential Functions:
  • Leverage solid Excel and financial modeling skills to develop and maintain financial models used in budgeting and reporting.
  • Prepare financial presentations for both internal and external stakeholders – i.e. ownership, management, lenders, etc. – primarily using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Work with key divisional balance sheet accounts for appropriate accounting and related analysis - i.e. all aspects of working capital, % of completion accounting, fixed assets, etc.
  • Prepare moderately complex reports/analysis to summarize current and projected company financial information.
  • Create and analyze annual and quarterly forecasts of financial metrics for review with management.
  • Work with divisions to understand key business drivers and enhance financial modeling and forecast accuracy.
  • Manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines across multiple projects.

Job requirements – Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP – most specifically financial statements and the relationship between them.
  • Proficient in MS Office – strong Excel and PowerPoint skills imperative.
  • Ability to make logical assumptions, incorporate internal and external information, and effectively benchmark results against appropriate baselines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively on a written and verbal basis to various levels of internal/external personnel.
  • Experience with Tableau software a plus.

Education and work experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Two to three years experience in a financial accounting analysis role.
  • Public accounting experience helpful.



National Accounts Customer Service Representative

SUMMARY:
 
Inside sales and service position supporting multi-unit restaurants, universities, & healthcare facilities.  Sales consist primarily of restaurant supplies, disposables, and light equipment. Responsibilities range from order entry/customer service, to working with multi-unit contacts as an advisor providing product information, availability of merchandise, pricing, delivery status, etc.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Communicates with sales team and customer base to obtain and process orders via computer-based order entry system or hand written special orders
  • Processes service call requests
  • Process return requests/pick ups by customers and forwards to appropriate manager for approval
  • Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and customers
  • Retrieves messages via voice and e-mail as required. Responds in a timely manner to all messages
  • Furnishes reference catalogs, current circulars or any product information to existing and prospective accounts
  • May assist with product roll-outs, sourcing and website maintenance
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-4 years experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Outstanding phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic product knowledge of restaurant supplies or related foodservice experience a plus; knowledge of china, glassware, & flatware a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel; Lawson Smart Client a plus
  • Prior sales building/account penetration experience a plus

Senior Systems Administrator


Position Summary:
TriMark has embarked on an exciting and aggressive ERP project to replace its application portfolio at all of its divisions.  To support this effort, TriMark is seeking a senior level systems administrator to aid in the design, support, and growth of the infrastructure that supports our Lawson M3 software.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience working on systems in a 24/7 datacenter for a $500+ million company with a variety of technical components including AS/400, Windows, Virtualization, SAN, SQL, DB2, and will have experience working with disaster recovery models that utilize virtualization and data synchronization over a distributed architecture.

Reports to:
Chief Information Officer

Responsibilities:

System Admin and Provisioning
  • Install and maintain existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards.
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks.
  • Operations and Support
  • Manage the execution of daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate appliances.
  • Perform and report on daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Perform regular utilization audits and archival or purge data as necessary.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
  • Provide after hours on-call support.
Maintenance
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
  • Configure / add new services as necessary.
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.  Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
  • Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
  • Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Advanced Windows Server systems administration
  • VMWare deployment, maintenance, and support experience.
  • Tier 1 ERP Infrastructure management
  • Basic Network design and equipment knowledge
  • Strong system monitoring and alert management
  • Experience with Windows AND AS/400 will be a significant advantage for an applicant
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related field (Required)
  • 8-10 years system administration experience – 10+ years work experience.
  • Microsoft Systems Administration certification
  • VMware Certification or demonstratable skill equivalent
  • Strong Customer Service attitude
  • Experience working with IT teams in mid-size ($500M+) organizations
Working Conditions
  • Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
  • Minimal regular travel required.

Position Summary:

This key sales professional is responsible for achieving and exceeding territory sales goals, developing new business and maintaining excellent customer relations. TriMark is looking for a career orientated sales representative with the potential to grow into a management position.

 Essential Functions:

  • Meet and exceed territory sales goals through consultative selling, relationship building, cold calls and referrals.

  • Work with the credit department to maintain customers’ account balances and assist in collections when needed
  • Develop product knowledge expertise to advise/sell foodservice professionals about their equipment and supply needs
