Position: Sourcing Specialist

The Sourcing Specialist for Parts and Furniture will be responsible for sourcing replacement parts for kitchen equipment and furniture used by foodservice operators. The role will require communication and collaboration with TriMark sales representatives, customer care representatives, and external suppliers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders for equipment parts and accessories.
  • Identify sources for new parts utilizing parts suppliers.
  • Communicate target sell prices on parts to the sales force..
  • Work with furniture suppliers to ensure orders are properly specified and complete.
  • Create and maintain item data related to equipment parts, accessories and furniture.
  • Ensure that profitability goals are met for both categories.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and strategically prioritize tasks.
  • Service oriented.
  • Strong sense of teamwork while also working independently

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in food service.
  • Prior knowledge of foodservice equipment a plus but not required
  • Some experience in purchasing a plus but not required
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience working in ERP systems a plus.
