Business Services Coordinator

The Business Services Coordinator is responsible for processing drop shipments including the verification of pricing and freight to ensure customer invoicing accuracy
 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Manage high volume email requests
  • Verify all provided information on vendor invoices and the company purchase orders for
  • accuracy
  • Calculate the proper freight amounts on each customer invoice
  • Coordinate, if necessary, with the various departments within the company if further
  • Information needed to complete a task
Required Skills
  • Ability to operate in a high volume, time sensitive environment with daily deadlines
  • Proven solid math and reconciliation skills
  • Adept in problem solving
  • Comfortable with direct contact with vendors, buyers and salesforce
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail a must
  • Two years’ experience in billing or relevant work experience
