The Business Services Coordinator is responsible for processing drop shipments including the verification of pricing and freight to ensure customer invoicing accuracy
 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Manage high volume email requests
  • Verify all provided information on vendor invoices and the company purchase orders for
  • accuracy
  • Calculate the proper freight amounts on each customer invoice
  • Coordinate, if necessary, with the various departments within the company if further
  • Information needed to complete a task
Required Skills
  • Ability to operate in a high volume, time sensitive environment with daily deadlines
  • Proven solid math and reconciliation skills
  • Adept in problem solving
  • Comfortable with direct contact with vendors, buyers and salesforce
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail a must
  • Two years’ experience in billing or relevant work experience

Schedule for Full Time Night Shift: Sunday – Thursday 4:00 pm - finish

Schedule for Part Time Night Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 pm-12:00 a.m.

Warehouse worker duties include:

  • Reading customer orders from computer printed route sheet to determine warehouse items to be moved, gathered, and/or shipped
  • Filling warehouse stock request items and delivering to shipping or to designated storage or picking areas
  • Move palletized merchandise using manual or electric pallet jacks and lift trucks
  • Loading trucks using fork lift, manual or electric pallet jacks
  • Ensuring warehouse is accessible and safe
  • Observe all operational safety procedures, including safety inspections
  • Comply with powered industrial life vehicle standard operating procedures
  • Requires work with others in a warehouse group or team
  • Other warehouse duties assigned

Essential knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • High School diploma or GED or relative work experience
  • Warehouse order picker experience a plus
  • Requires ability to repeatedly bend, reach, walk, twist while handling product weighing up to 50 lbs. multiple times during a shift

Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Working collaboratively with the Distribution Center Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor plans, directs and coordinates the transportation, storage and distribution activities for the employees in the distribution department in accordance with organizational policies and applicable government laws or regulations.

Work schedule is Monday-Thursday 3:00 p.m. to finish with a rotating Sunday schedule (10-12 hour shifts)

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring smooth and accurate flow of our distribution and order fulfillment operations ;
  • Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling results with inventory management system
  • Leading and overseeing the receiving, picking, and shipping activities of 15-20 hourly employees
  • Recruit, hire, orient, train, coach, counsel, appraise and discipline staff as required
  • Perform essential employee training, including forklift and safe operating procedures
  • Enforces all federal, state and local warehousing , material handling and shipping requirements advises management on needed actions
  • Ensures compliance with all safety initiatives including safety committee, forklift safety, safe lifting, general housekeeping and HAZMAT
  • Identifying areas for improvement in distribution operations, as well as suggesting and implementing a course of action.

Senior Financial Analyst

Equipment Delivery Driver



The Equipment Delivery Driver is responsible for timely, accurate and safe delivery of TriMark United East commercial kitchen equipment orders.  Support installation team with commercial kitchen equipment delivery to customer site.  Represent TriMark brand and communicate necessary delivery/order related information to customers and internal team.  Responsible for safe delivery of TriMark United East delivery vehicle.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive TriMark delivery trucks to deliver customer orders on assigned routes
  • Adhere to all required safety and DOT regulations/practices
  • Conduct pre-trip/post trip vehicle inspection and report vehicle issues to Installation/Transportation Manager
  • Deliver commercial kitchen equipment to customer location, moving and lifting to designated area at customer location. 
  • Unwrap, uncrate and set equipment in place
  • Pick up any returns requested
  • Interact with customer representatives in a professional, friendly and attentive manner during delivery
  • Unload all empty pallets and returns upon return to TriMark at the end of the run, deliver such to designated areas in the Distribution Center.

Requirements:
  • Able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Ability to delivery equipment in locations involving stairs, lower level and basement locations
  • Ability to use pallet jack, forklift and other loading, lifting devices
  • Attention to detail, ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Follow all required safety practices and adhere to state/local driving laws
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to use hand/power tools as necessary

Sales Representative CT Territory

This key sales professional is responsible for achieving and exceeding territory sales goals, developing new business and maintaining excellent customer relations. TriMark is looking for a career orientated sales representative with the potential to grow into a management position.

Essential Functions:

  • Meet and exceed territory sales goals through consultative selling, relationship building, cold calls and referrals.
  • Place orders directly through custom order entry system
  • Work with the credit department to maintain customers’ account balances and assist in collections when needed
  • Develop product knowledge expertise to advise/sell foodservice professionals about their equipment and supply needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Food service industry and sales experience required
  • Excellent organization and time management skills (ability to set and meet deadlines)
  • Willingness to become a student of the foodservice industry through training and ongoing education.

Compensation:

  • TriMark offers a salary during the training period and during the first several months on the road. After initial training period, a draw on commission is paid. Bonus and incentive programs.
