Position: Installer

Lead Installer - TriMark Foodcraft – Winston Salem, NC
Reports to:  Installation Manager
 
Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring successful installation of a full range of commercial kitchen equipment in restaurants and institutional settings.  Works effectively with General Contractor, Project Manager, Executive Management and other support departments.  Serves as a key link between Project Manager and jobsite personnel.
 
 
Essential Functions & Responsibilities Include:
  • Take direction from Installation Manager and/or Project Managers; communicate on job progress and bring any concerns to the Installation Manager and/or Project Manager
  • Ability to load and unload equipment and tools properly for delivery and work in the field
  • Setting commercial kitchen equipment in place for connection to be made by contractor
  • Hanging exhaust hoods, installing curbs and fans
  • Assembly of walk-in coolers and freezers
  • Hanging/securing of shelving, racking, and other wall or ceiling products (i.e. pot racks, chemical racks, etc.)
  • Assembly and installation of large deck-style ovens and roll-in refrigeration units
  • Ability to trouble shoot employee, customer, and vendor concerns.
  • Ensure employees follow all safety regulations on jobsites, while driving, and in the TriMark Foodcraft warehouse
  • Attend required safety and product training
  • Take proper care of all company issued tools and equipment
  • Daily truck inspections and cleaning
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times
  • Ensure all work documentation is fully and accurately completed – using mobile electronic devices to record job progress, log hours to correct job, taking pictures of job sites and/or progress
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • 5 or more years’ commercial food service equipment installation experience preferred
  • 2 or more years’ construction site foreman and/or equivalent construction industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency reading blueprints
  • TIG welding; clean and polish welds on stainless steel
  • Proficiency with use of all related equipment and tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to plan and organize a team effort.
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail.  Ability to multi-task and stay focused on critical objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Good client management and goodwill building ability
  • Clean driving record required
  • Ability to drive forklift
  • Ability to frequently bend, lift, push, pull and carry in excess of 60 lbs
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with mobile technology including smart phones/tablets

Accounts Payable Costing Associate

Position Summary/Objective
The Costing Associate works closely with accounts payable to ensure invoices are coded correctly so expenses are paid and tracked accurately.  Costing associates are responsible for compiling data, computing fees and charges for the processing and payment of vendor invoices.  Duties include but are not limited to computing costs and calculating rates for goods, services and shipment of goods, posting data; and keeping other relevant records. 
 
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Verify and audit accuracy of billing data by checking figures, postings and documents for correct entry on the invoice and financial software ensures proper coding per company procedures.
  • Operate typing, adding, calculating, or billing machines.
  • Prepare and/or research itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
  • Keep records of invoices, sales orders, purchase orders and support documents.
  • Resolve discrepancies in the costs for good and services prior to approving and processing invoices for payment.
  • Verify accuracy of credit memos and invoices.
  • Contact customers to obtain or relay account information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Compute credit terms, discounts, shipment charges etc.
  • Review documents such as sales orders, purchase orders, packing slips etc. to ensure proper billing and payment (3-way match)
  • Process all invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure all credit terms are met and rebates are received.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency with DOS based financial software, ERP (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in inventory costing

Accounts Receivable Associate

Position Summary/Objective
Accounts Receivable associate is responsible for maintaining current payment status of all customers by monitoring and communicating with customers and internal staff.  
 
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Process credit applications to determine customers’s credit worthiness and report accordingly.
  • Review aged accounts receivable and cash receipt reports to ensure current account status.
  • Contact customers for payment arrangements
  • Maintain accurate and detailed information on all client's account matters.
  • Prepare recommendation for raising or lowering credit limits.
  • Research, resolve, and reconcile all billing and payment discrepancies, and issues with orders.
  • Create and process all credit memos

Education & Experience
  • Associate degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • 2+ years in corporate accounts receivable experience required
  • Proven success in a commercial credit/collections position managing accounts in excess of 3 million dollars.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle JD Edwards.

The Financial Analyst will directly support the profitable growth of TriMark Foodcraft by conducting analysis of category and customer profitability across all TriMark divisions and help translate the data and analysis into actions for TriMark Sales team. 
 
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Manage data input and output through the use of home-grown business profitability tools
  • Manage reporting relating to customer profitability and margin targets
  • Provide management reports and presentations to illustrate division, segment, customer, category and item profitability
  • Provide recommendations and hypotheses on actions to improve profitability based on these reports
  • Primary trainer and subject matter expert in the use of business profitability tools for the divisional management and sales team
  • Facilitate and manage ongoing account review process and action tracking – provide updates for overall profitability impacts
  • Support pricing ‘deal desk’ decisions by analyzing current pricing vs. benchmarks and assessing impact of potential changes
  • Audit applications and processes to ensure data integrity
  • Develop new applications, tools and ad hoc/refreshable reports that support root cause analysis or streamline related processes
  • Work with IT Liaison/JD Edwards project group to develop custom IT program specifications to support user system requirements and perform full system testing prior to implementation.
  • Perform ad hoc projects, analysis and data extractions as assigned

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel a must

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent experience
