Position: Foodservice Equipment Design Specialist

Position Summary/Objective
This key sales professional is responsible for achieving sales growth in our contract foodservice equipment department and developing new business, while maintaining excellent customer relations.   
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed established equipment sales goals through consultative selling, relationship building and referrals
  • Serve as team leader and interface with project managers, project coordinators and engineering department staff to design and equip commercial kitchens for restaurants, country clubs, educational cafeterias, business and industry, and hospitality accounts
  • Work with Project Coordinators to specify commercial cooking equipment and to prepare formal quotations of work to be provided
  • Communicate with Project Managers, Architects, and General Contractors to ensure successful installation of projects and individual pieces sold
  • Ensure adherence to timeline and budget requirements
  • Develop product and sales knowledge expertise to advise foodservice professionals about equipment

  • Familiarity with commercial foodservice equipment 
    Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • CFSP certification preferred
