TriMark United East Helps The Cove Sail Into Fall River, MA

Many times, when a new owner buys a restaurant, it gets re-introduced as a whole new concept. This was the case with The Cove restaurant in Fall River, MA. The building was gutted and transformed into a facility that serves 175 people in the dining area and bar, 200 people in the function area, and an outdoor bar and patio, currently in construction, which will accommodate 70 more. The facility has also added 40 new slips for boats, so patrons can just sail into the restaurant.

Project Highlights

• Created new design that provided a much more efficient flow in the kitchen
• Redesigned kitchen, provided project management, and supplied equipment, smallwares, and furniture
• $330K project, along with $100K in smallwares
