TriMark Orange County Designs Mobile Food Carts For Emerging Food Chain

In order to help Pret A Manger improve its catering business, TriMark Orange County designed meal carts that were tough enough to navigate busy urban streets of New York City, Boston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. TriMark Orange County’s team researched and identified the sturdiest wheels, frameworks and canvases that would be small enough to fit into office elevators, while still being tough enough to survive the elements. The carts were designed so that freshly cooked meals could be kept warm in insulated food bags, and then packed onto the cart’s shelves to be transported throughout the city.

• Shipped and delivered food carts throughout four major metropolitan cities
