More than 1.5 million people from around the world visit the Art Institute of Chicago annually, which is home to nearly 300,000 of the world’s most renowned pieces of art. TriMark Marlinn provided the custom fabrication and installation of foodservice equipment for the newly renovated Museum Café, where guests can enjoy a wide variety of healthy, ethnically-inspired meals.
