TriMark Gill Group provided project management for the University of Wisconsin’s approximately $30 million dollar Gordon Dining and Event Center. Serving 3,000 meals a day, it includes 12 diverse a la carte dining venues, a convenience store and a central production kitchen. Its yearly revenues are nearly $9 million.
